What information should you include when asking for laser help?

Machine type, laser power, material, speed, power setting, number of passes, lens/focus information, and a photo can make troubleshooting much easier. What else should someone include?

Tell us your machine type (diode, CO2, fiber), the material and its thickness, and the speed and power you used. A photo of the result showing both the good and bad areas helps a lot.
