How do I place a custom order?
We love custom orders for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, corporate events, and more. Open a support ticket under Personalization / Customization Issue or Product Question and describe what you'd like — we'll design it with you.
What are your production times?
Most engraved and 3D-printed items ship within 3–7 business days. Custom or large orders may take a bit longer; we'll confirm timing in your support thread.
How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after production. You'll receive a tracking number via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
How do I track my order?
Visit the Track My Order page and enter your tracking number. We'll identify the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and link you straight to the live tracking page.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Open a support ticket under Damaged Product, attach a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
I received the wrong item.
Please open a ticket under Incorrect Product with a photo and we'll send the correct item right away.
Can I return or replace a personalized item?
Because personalized items are made just for you, returns are limited. If we made an error on our part, we'll replace it free — just open a Return or Replacement ticket.
How do I care for my 3D-printed product?
Keep 3D-printed items away from prolonged direct sunlight and high heat. Clean with mild soap and cool water, and avoid abrasive scrubbing.
How do I earn rewards points?
Points are added to your account by us as you shop our Etsy stores. Log in with the same email you use on Etsy to see your balance.
How do I redeem points?
Browse the Rewards page, choose an item, and check out using only points — no payment needed. We ship your reward via USPS.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while.
Carriers sometimes scan in batches. If there's no update for 48+ hours, open a Shipping or Delivery Problem ticket and we'll look into it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. Check back as we expand!
