How do you price handmade work without underpaying yourself?

Materials are only part of the cost. How do you account for labor, equipment, failed pieces, packaging, marketplace fees, and overhead?

Cost of materials plus an honest hourly wage for your time, then check the market. If the market won't pay it, change the product or the process, not your wage.
