How slow do you actually print TPU?

Flexible filament often needs a completely different approach from PLA. What speeds and settings have worked well for you?

20-30mm/s with a direct drive, and closer to 15 with a Bowden setup. Slow and steady wins — speed is what turns TPU into a bird's nest.
