Is a faster print always a worse-looking print?

Modern printers advertise some wild speeds. How much speed do you normally sacrifice when surface quality is more important than finishing quickly?

Not always, but eventually — speed trades away cooling time, and cooling is what makes clean surfaces and strong corners. A slowdown is often faster than a failed print.
